A: All products should be sent out within 3 working days, so you should get your product within 5 working days of placing your order with us. (Please see T&C Sale of Goods for more details)

Q: Would I get a discount if I buy more than one product?

A: We would not give a discount on the products, but would give a discount on the postage cost. If you have an account with us this would be subject to discounts on products.

Q: What do I get for the postage cost?

A: All postage costs are worked out by the weight and size of the product. Included in the price is the cost of posting the item by Royal Mail or a courier. This will also include the packing and packaging costs.

Q: I need a product but it is not on the website. Can you get it?

A: If it is a DJ/Pro Audio Product then YES. We have access to over 20,000 products. Please call or email us with the product details and we will get a price for you within a day.
